Sunmaid Raisins CEO, Frank Light, purchased a 1 acre site in South Livermore. After seeing one of Mr. Duterte's Forest Glade Estates homes, Mr. Light commisioned William Duterte to design and build a new home for his family.

What followed was a unique home with Spanish, Italian, and California Mission influences. From the hand formed plaster exterior accents to the stacked paver living room fireplace face to each bedroom containing it's own bathroom, this home is truly custom.
